Enrollment for the following school year begins with a tour (currently virtual) and an info session in November, and then applications in mid-January. Please see the "Enrollment Timeline" below for more detailed information on this year's process. Financial aid applications are accepted with enrollment applications.
Registration for our summer program (8 weeks) is a separate process that begins in March. More information coming soon on our Summer Program page.
Enrollment Timeline for 2023-2024 school year:
December 1: Current families receive Enrollment Application link; due by January 17th for both their current students and siblings. A non-refundable $50 application fee will be billed for new children only. Any applications for financial aid should be submitted with the Enrollment Application; families must reapply each year.
January 18 at 9am: Enrollment Applications for new families are accepted via application link on website along with a non-refundable $50 application fee. Any applications for financial aid should be submitted with the Enrollment Application.
Early February: Current families are notified of placement at DCH and must reply by Friday February 10th with nonrefundable $500 tuition deposit* and completed Enrollment Agreement to hold spot.
1st week of March: New families are notified of spot/acceptance
March 17th : Enrollment Agreement and nonrefundable $500 tuition deposit* are due to hold spot for new families.
*$500 tuition deposit is applied to June tuition and is non-refundable. It is required that a 2-week notice be given to the DCH Preschool if withdrawing from the program. You will be held responsible for the final two weeks of tuition and the $500 deposit will be forfeited.

Wait List
If there is no immediate opening for your child, his/her name will be placed on a waiting list. Priority will be given in the following order:
- Children needing full time care
- Siblings of children currently enrolled
Once these priorities are satisfied, other applications will be considered in the order received. Wait-listed children must reapply the following year; the wait list does not carry over to the summer or following school year.
