Our beautiful historic Samuel Haven House, built in 1795 and now better known as the Dedham Community House, is an ideal location for baby and bridal showers, intimate weddings, elegant parties, rehearsal dinners, business meetings and milestone events. DCH can recommend caterers and other service providers for your complete event solution.
Pricing:
Weekends (Friday evenings, Saturdays & Sundays): $600 for 6 hours; $150 per each additional hour.
Weekday (Monday – Thursday): $60 per hour; $75 per hour after 5:00 p.m.
Holidays $1200 for 6 hours, $200 per each additional hour.
*$200.00 refundable deposit due with rental agreement to secure your date.

Front Hallway
Haven Hall: 22 feet by 23 feet; seats 40 comfortably
Lincoln Room: 20 feet by 16 feet; seats 24
Dining Room: 20 feet by 15 feet; often used for buffet
Inside Heated Porch: 12 feet x 27 feet; seats 30
Outside Porch; loops around side of house connecting Lincoln Room to Inside Porch
We also have a small kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and a small refrigerator available for your use.
Room set-up is flexible. Most rooms can be used for seating or a dance floor.
We have a no-smoking policy throughout our facilities.
No alcohol on the premises unless served by an insured bartending service.
