Michelle Persson Reilly

Michelle began at DCH as the Executive Director in May 2007. She graduated from Smith College with a B.A. in American Studies and a minor in Economics. In 2001 she earned a Masters in City Planning with a concentration in Housing, Communities and Economic Development from MIT. Michelle has held a variety of positions in nonprofit organizations ranging from direct service, legislative advocacy, fundraising, event planning, and program management. She was thrilled to bring this experience to an organization she cared so much about in her own community. Michelle resides in Dedham with her husband and three children. |

Jennifer joined DCH in December 2018 as Program Director overseeing DCH's seasonal programs and events, summer camp, and summer pool. Jennifer received her B.A. in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education from Wheelock College in 2004. She has worked with several nonprofit organizations in various youth development and program development roles with a focus on early education, health education, summer camps, and adult enrichment programming. Jennifer has a passion for working with families, youth of all ages, and adults in recreational settings including summer camp and year round programs. Originally from New York, Jennifer has lived in Massachusetts for two decades and currently resides in Dedham with her husband and three children. |
Preschool Director
Wendy Branconier

Wendy Branconier joined DCH Preschool in January 2021 as the Preschool Director. Wendy received her M.A. in Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Trident University. She also holds a B.A. in Early Childhood Education. Wendy is passionate about ensuring a high-quality program that provides a safe and nurturing environment while focusing on the whole child. She has worked with preschool age children and toddlers for the past 15 years, working her way up from teacher to director. Wendy is originally from Rhode Island and spent 23 years traveling as a military spouse. She now resides in Massachusetts with her husband and three children. Her passion and commitment to children and families is what drew her to DCHP. |
