DCH stands in solidarity with those who came out to Dedham Square, our neighboring communities,

and around the country in recent weeks to peacefully protest injustice and to grieve the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and countless others. We see the anger, sadness, stress, and fear that so many in our community are feeling. We know that we are stronger together, richer when we include all people, and better when we stand up for justice when people are wronged.

Especially given our role in providing programming for young people, we must also be part of the solution. It will take consistent work from all of us to address racism, but DCH is committed to helping. We will continue our efforts to be better stewards of justice, equality, and inclusion within our organization and our community.

At this time of uncertainty, we know that you may be searching for ways to speak thoughtfully with your children about race and injustice. Below are links to some resources to assist with those discussions.

Sincerely,

DCH Leadership
